- All offices fully trained and certified registered agents of our member banks and processors.
- Local offices support merchants with "hands on" emergency assistance in the case of hardware failure.
- Local offices will expedite merchant application process, install and train merchant staff ON SITE, when possible. Where, and whenever possible we believe in on site support, even on an ongoing basis as needed by the merchant!
- Each of our representatives are required to call upon an existing base of merchants assigned to them at regular intervals in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Supports merchants 24 hours/day, 365 days/year for settlement questions and after-hours terminal support.
- Terminal Deployment Service offered, with terminal replacement, (if determined necessary), within 24 hours.
- Supplies shipped in most cases, same day as requested. After 3:00pm orders are shipped the following day.
